Welcome to my life and work.

A better world needs to be  humanized world. With human interaction, dialogue and the need to understand each other more effectively and deeply, becoming the greatest casualty of our times, committed coaches, leaders, mentors and facilitators can do a lot to improve the current state of affairs. 

Thus working at the intersection of mind, meaning and markets with a purpose-people-profits framework, is imminently mandatory.

My work over the past 30 years, starting with tracking tigers and working on wildlife conservation in Central India, rapidly transitioning to multiple sectors and geographies. From forests and agricultural fields to the creative corridors of advertising, marketing and brand building to senior leadership in financial services, education, academia, and much more, life has never without struggle or anticipation. Through all this, there have been learnings and this site is about those insights.

My name "Unmesh" means in my native language "gradually absorbing with your eyes open". I hope this site does that to you as you take in the content. I will talk and write about sustainability, coaching, authentic leadership, brands with purpose, hospitality, aviation, wildlife, people, cultures and much more - all with the intent of provided (perhaps) some unique insights around which a strong and connected community can be built.
